Who is this Gathering designed for?
This experience is for women in the professional field. Attendees are expected to engage respectfully. These gatherings are intentionally small to allow for engagement.
Is this experience suitable for mothers or caregivers?
Absolutely. This space honors the fullness of your professional identity, including caregiving. Many women in the room will be balancing their careers and family.
What can I expect?
Expect an intimate and highly interactive gathering centered around listening and conversation. The experience will include Listening Conversations and Spotlight Introductions, a featured conversation with women in business and leadership, and time to continue conversations over lunch.
Do I need to be a business owner to attend?
No. The Gathering welcomes women at different stages of their professional journeys, including business owners, entrepreneurs, organizational leaders, emerging leaders, and professionals.
Is this a networking event?
No. The Graceful Gathering is intentionally different from a traditional networking event. It is a space for listening, genuine conversations, meaningful connections, and the possibility of collaborations that develop naturally from being in the room together.
What is included with my registration?
Your registration includes the full Graceful Gathering experience, light refreshments, and fully catered lunch.
What should I wear?
Business casual. Come comfortable and ready to engage.
How do I secure my place at this event?
Full payment is required at the time of registration.
What is your cancellation policy?

Can my registration be transferred?
Transfers will be considered (however please note this is not guaranteed) after the cancellation window. Please read our Refund and Cancellation policy Here
What is the event schedule?
The event is from 10:30 AM to 1 PM EST and is in-person.
Are travel arrangements included?
Guests are responsible for their own travel to and from the event.
Are hotel accommodation included?
Accommodation is not included. If you are traveling from out of town, you may request hotel recommendations from the event planner. Please contact hello@gracefulandgrey.com
Personal Belongings
Guests are responsible for their personal belongings at all times. Graceful & Grey, its representatives, event partners, and the event venue are not responsible for lost, stolen, misplaced, or damaged personal property during The Graceful Gathering.
Personal Safety & Assumption of Risk
By attending The Graceful Gathering, guests acknowledge that participation in an in-person event involves ordinary risks associated with travel, movement within the venue, dining, and participation in event activities.
Guests are responsible for exercising reasonable care for their own safety and well-being while attending the event.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Graceful & Grey and its representatives will not be responsible for personal injury, accident, loss, or damage arising from a guest's attendance or participation, except where liability cannot legally be limited or excluded.
Dietary Needs & Allergies
Guests with food allergies, dietary restrictions, accessibility needs, or other accommodations are encouraged to notify Graceful & Grey in advance. While reasonable efforts will be made to accommodate requests, Graceful & Grey cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment.
Will the event be recorded or photographed?
Photography and video may take place during The Graceful Gathering to capture moments from the event and the experience we share together.
By attending, you acknowledge that photographs or video in which you appear may be used by Graceful & Grey for its website, social media, and future promotional or marketing materials.
If you prefer not to be photographed or recorded, please let us know when you arrive, and we will make every reasonable effort to honor your preference.
Emergency Situations
In the event of an emergency, guests should follow the instructions of venue personnel, event representatives, and emergency responders.
By registering for and attending The Graceful Gathering, guests acknowledge that they have read and agree to these event terms.
