Due to the fact this is an intimate experience with limited attendance and advance commitments for food, venue, and the overall guest experience, the following refund and transfer policy applies.

Refunds

Guests may request a refund within 48 hours of purchasing their ticket, provided the refund request is made more than 14 days before the event.

After the 48-hour refund period has passed, all ticket sales are final.

No refunds will be issued within 14 days of the event, regardless of when the ticket was purchased.

Registration Transfers

If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your registration to another attendee at no additional charge.

Please notify Graceful & Grey at least 48 hours before the event and provide the name and contact information of the person who will be attending in your place so that we can update the guest list.

 

No-Shows

Tickets are non-refundable for guests who do not attend the event.

 

Event Cancellation or Rescheduling

If Graceful & Grey cancels the event, registered guests will receive a refund of their ticket purchase within 7 business days of the date of cancellation.

If the event must be rescheduled, registrations will be transferred to the new date. Additional options will be communicated to registered guests who are unable to attend the rescheduled date.
